4104 Administrative Theory

During  this course I created the responsibilities of the entire Board of Directors including  The Chairman, Vice President,  Executive Director, Treasurer,  and The Secretary,

Within these roles some of the responsibilites are to handle  Community Relations,

Signing Officer, Fundraising, Membership Records and Maintaining the validaiy of  Bylaws.
