 PLA 4240: Negotiation Alternatives In Law

Negotiation of contracts is imperative within all types of business..  In my experience consulting ,without propr contractual methods being used the longevity of a client would be at stake and the amount of monies paid as a consultant would be affected.  During my tenior I've become a notary which has given me a better understanding of verbiage needed within different types of business documents and the ability toi create, dictate, and strategize not only my own LLC's, 501c3's, but clientele whom have been referred based on my capabilities.
