Professional & Personal Development is an ongoing process , which should be strategic based on goals set forth in both areas.  Through obtaining a higher education, training, workshops, receiving certifications and mentorship thus far has had a positive outcome and allowed for beneficial networking opportunities with Public & Private organizational leadership,  Public officials including Mayors, Commissioners, and Community liaisons.  

   Attending events hosted through SCORE, National Entrepreneur Center, National Association of Women Business Owners Orlando (NAWBO), and Toastmasters has allowed for the direct connections and aided in the Proclamation of "Share Your Hair Day" celebrated  in over 18 cities annually on May 21st with the objective of becoming a nationally recognized day in the last quarter of  2020.
